A variety of flavors make up this refreshing drink.

Makes 1 serving. 1 1/2 cups per serving.
Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
1/2 cup 1% lowfat milk
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup chopped mango or pineapple
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla or coconut extract
5 ice cubes

Preparation
1. Place all ingredients in a blender container.
2. Blend until smooth.
